Background:
I love working in a variety of media and within that media a variety of styles. Sometimes I work toward a type of photo realism and other times toward the abstract. Depending much on what I feel and want to express at the time. The variety gives me energy to carry from one creation to the next. I can work very loose and expressive when I paint an acrylic concentrating on movement, shapes and patterns I see in my subject, I can concentrate on color combinations when I work with beads, I can concentrate on design and composition moving pieces around when working with collage.

I strive to keep "Enjoying the process" as my main goal. If I do this I have a "lasting satisfaction" when I view, think of, or present my work to others. This lasting satisfaction is what makes "making art" the rewarding experience I find it to be. I hope you the viewer will find energy, beauty and even healing in the colors, and designs that give me so much joy to create.
